HADPP Heavy Duty Abrasive Slurry Pump In Series(Repalce AHPP)

.Type HADPP pump are cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pumps.They are suitable for delivering low density slurries for metallurgical,mining,coal and building material departments.The shaft seal adopts both gland seal and centrifugal seal.

.Type HADPP pumps operate in high speed with small volumes to save floor area.The frame plates have changeable,wear-resistant metal liners  and the impeller are made of wear-resistant metal .

.A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration.Heavy-duty roller bearings are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.

A minimum number if through bolts hold the pump casing to the frame .A means of impeller adjustment is provided in a convenient position below the bearing housing.

.Split outer casing halves of cast or ductile iron contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities.

.The impeller may be either moulded elastomer or hard metal.Deep side sealing vanes relieve seal pressure and minimize recirculation.

Cast-in impeller threads are better suited for slurries.

.Mating faces in hard metal liners are tapered to allow positive alignment during assembly and allow components to be easily removed for replacement.

Hydraulic seal rings give positive sealing between mating faces.

· Designed for a wide range of erosive and/or corrosive applications.

· Used for slurries containing high concentrations of erosive solids or where an extremely robust andheavy duty pump is required.

. All  seal options are available of gland or mechanical types and include the  flow options.

· Sizes range from 3/2 to 20/18.

· Arange of alternative frames are available to accommodate varying drive power requirements.. Used for multi-stage high pressure (3,450 kPa to 6,890 kPa) operation.
. The centrifugal pump operates by increasing pressure from the inlet (lower pressure) to the outlet(higher pressure).
