This ISD single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a reliable pumping apparatus designed according to the ISO2858 standard. Its major components, namely the pump casing, pump cover, impellers and seal rings are all made of cast iron and the shaft made of quality carbon structural steel. The pump casing and the pump cover of this centrifugal pump are split at the position behind the impellers. Therefore, users could maintain and inspect the pump without dismantling the casing, suction pipe and discharging pipe, saving their efforts and time.

Designed with a large-caliber intake (DN≥250), this single-stage single suction pump adopts a lengthened coupling which enables users to inspect and maintain inside parts as long as they dismantle the connecting piece in the middle of shaft and remove the rotors. The shaft seal this single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump adopts is the packing seal and mechanical seal both of which are attached with replaceable shaft sleeves. Moreover, all impellers are equipped with seal rings in front and back of them. Their shroud board is designed with balancing poles to help keep the axial force balanced.

Application of ISD Single-Stage Single-Suction Centrifugal Pump

This industrial centrifugal pump is suitable to convey clean water, liquids sharing similar properties with clean water and liquids of temperature higher 80°C and containing no grains. It has been applied in the water supply of industrial production and tall buildings as well as agricultural irrigations.
