In 2024, we will upgrade the test pump station. The new test pump station has installed an automated and modular measurement and control system, which can meet the needs of complex electromagnetic environment. Two frequency converters are introduced to test the performance of the pump at different speeds. In order to make up for the motor efficiency changes with the operating point and frequency, we also added a torque meter, which can directly read the pump power, thereby improving the accuracy of the pump efficiency calculation.

Fully automated control of test pump station can not only visually display flow, head, efficiency and other data, but also display pump speed, bearing temperature, bearing vibration, and test water temperature and other data. The work efficiency is increased exponentially, and the data accuracy is also very high.

The test pump station has also added a 3.5-meter deep pool for testing large vertical pumps, and last year we successfully tested 350 vertical pumps.
